If your order is time sensitive, we highly recommend purchasing our shipping insurance. If a package doesn’t show up or is damaged, we’ll re-make the order and re-ship ASAP in time to meet your deadline. No questions asked.
We will still assist customers who don’t purchase the insurance but they will have to wait for the carrier investigation to be complete. This is generally a 10-14 day process. If the carrier investigation determines the package was delivered to the correct address, replacements will not be issued
For a package to be eligible to be replaced, it has to be marked as delivered or delayed by more than a week. Photo proof will be required for packages being reported as damaged.
