If you have an account with us, you can log in to check order status. We’ll send you an email once your order ships. For orders split into multiple shipments, you’ll receive an email for each package.
To estimate your arrival date, you can reference the product page for the product(s) you ordered. All product pages state the approximate number of business days between the order being placed and delivery. This timeline is also re-stated at checkout. Please keep in mind that Saturdays, Sundays, federal holidays, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve don’t count as business days. If you place an order on one of these days, we won’t receive it until our next business day morning.
