In the beginning it was kinda rough, the wrong name transferred onto all the flasks. It was easy and painless to get it corrected! Gifts arrived in a timely manner and everyone loved their groomsmen’s gifts! Even used them the day of the wedding!

Thanks so much for the order and kind feedback! To clarify for potential customers, the issue was that the customer entered the same name for personalization on each of the six flask/knife sets. She realized the mistake right away and contacted us. We were quickly able to get the personalization updated in our system.

Great customer service

The products I received were great, looked just like the photos shown. I have slight OCD so when one of the sets needed an extra character engraved, I contacted customer service who was able to accommodate my request. Now my wedding party all have matching engravings.
