How can I place an order for multiple personalized products at once? Do I have to add each one to the cart separately one by one?
You can easily add your order for multiple products to the cart in one sitting. On the product page, start by selecting the quantity you need. This will open up the corresponding number of text fields for you to enter all of your personalization. When you’re done entering that info, just click add to cart and then proceed to checkout.
Can you ship my gifts to each groomsman individually? What’s the easiest way to do this?
To ship your order to multiple recipients you’ll need to place a new order for each shipping address. Please keep in mind that each individual order will need to be over $75 to qualify for free shipping.
Do you charge sales tax?
We’re currently required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to California, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington. Sales tax is calculated based on shipping address and will be automatically added at checkout if applicable to your order.
Do you offer rush orders?

Do you ship to Canada?
We currently do not ship outside the US. If you’re in Canada, we recommend using a package forwarding service.
Will you double-check my personalization to make sure I didn’t make a mistake?
We truly wish we had the time and capability to review the personalization for each order that is placed through our site. Personalization requests are fed directly into our production software and there are simply too many orders to stop and take note of every line of text that’s entered. Additionally, even if we were reviewing each order, it’s our policy to engrave exactly as the customer enters as we have no way of knowing if items are being purchased for past events, how people’s names are spelled, nicknames, etc.
Can you re-do personalization if I make a mistake?
The personalization work we do is permanent and we’re unfortunately not able to undo or redo a product that’s already been engraved, embroidered or printed.
