FAQ

Can I personalize with a lowercase initial?

This cooler is unfortunately set up to only be personalized with an uppercase initial. If you submit a lowercase initial, it will automatically be changed to uppercase.

Should I use ice or ice packs with this cooler?

We encourage using ice packs.
When using actual ice, please keep the cooler closed when not in use. Leaving the cooler open will cause the ice to melt quicker on very hot days.
Ice may need to be re-filled if using for several hours and opening frequently on very hot days.

Are the zippers personalized?

This cooler previously had the letters CLV on the zipper. CLV is the name of our supper/manufacturer of this cooler. This engraving comes standard on the zipper and we’re not able to add custom initials to this area.

Some orders may not have the CLV lettering on the zipper as our supplier is phasing out this feature.

Good Customer Service

I saw the coolers hadn't shipped yet a few days before our wedding, where we wanted to give these to our groomsmen. They shipped them overnight to make sure it got to our apartment by the promised delivery date. Great customer service and great quality!
