First off, the coasters are nice quality. The product gets 5 stars from me.
The overall experience however, was a bit underwhelming. When I received my order which was for 3 sets of coasters, the caddies were missing. I had just 12 loose coasters in the box. A quick email to Customer Service and I had the caddies in the mail right away. This was great!
Unfortunately, when the box of caddies arrived it looked like it had been tossed around and run over numerous times. The box was held together with plenty of tape to keep all of the holes and rips in the box from splitting entirely and losing the contents. Upon opening, two of the three caddies had minor chipping which was disappointing, but not surprising based on the state of the package when it arrived.
Thanks again for your order and for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do apologize for the frustration you've experienced with this order. We ship these coasters directly from an outside vendor, so we have limited control over the packaging and shipping process. We do absolutely stand by the customer service you received. As soon as we were informed that the caddies were missing, we reached out to our vendor and had those shipped to you.
This is the first we're hearing about the condition of the package you received and we will be more than happy to remedy this as well. We'll be reaching out via email to start that process.
