Emily, thanks for the order and taking the time to provide this feedback. We're very sorry to hear that the order caused such frustration. We would have been more than happy to overnight free replacements or send different flasks if we had been notified of these issues before the wedding. As it turns out, we're just finding out through this review after the gifts have been given out to the groomsmen. This is one of our top selling flasks and I assure you this isn't the condition that they should arrive in. It sounds like the flasks may have been beat up during the packing or shipping process. The name plates certainly shouldn't be coming loose unless exposed to extreme heat or handled in a rough fashion. Again, our apologies that the order didn't live up to expectations.
