USOverall, I am extremely pleased with The Man Registry and the personalized gunmetal beer mugs. There was an issue with the original shipment being damaged before leaving the warehouse. After getting in touch with customer service, they kept me very informed on options and timelines of when the product may arrive. Chris was fast to respond to emails and understanding of the urgency needed in getting my order to me quickly. The replacement order got to me in less than a week, leaving about a week cushion before my wedding. One of the mugs had some cosmetic issues and Chris quickly got a replacement out to me 3 days later. All the groomsmen loved the mugs and they were a big hit with everyone at the rehearsal.
