Recently bought three items for my upcoming wedding, two of the items came which I loved they were perfect, but the third item never came. I called the office and they said it was delivered, had to re buy the same gift twice and know not sure if it will be here on time for the wedding. Extra 30 bucks on a gift I already payed for that never came.

We'd like to share some additional context on this matter: the package in question was sent to your correct address and marked as successfully delivered. The USPS notes indicate that the package was left with an individual. When we spoke on the phone, we kindly asked you to double check with other individuals living at the address (and with neighbors) to see if the package could be located. This is our standard practice and almost always ends with the package being located. We also advised you to call us back if you were unable to find the package and we would be more than happy to assist from there. We never suggested that the gift be repurchased. Unfortunately, this review is the first we're hearing back from you on the matter since your original phone call last month. We'll be reaching out separately via email to clear up any remaining issues and make sure this experience ends as a positive one.
